CERATIZIT extends their cutting material range for turning applications with a new grade: HyperCoat-C CTC1130. This grade is positioned between CTC 1125 (P25), which remains unequalled for tool life in numerous applications, and CTC 1135 (P35), the ‘tough’ grade.
The substrate and coating combine with a new smooth surface treatment to deliver excellent process security and long tool life – even with problem applications and difficult. HyperCoat-C CTC1130 is suitable for a wide range of applications and excels in mixed production environments where the user wishes to minimise inventory.
CERATIZIT develops, produces and sells innovative carbide grades and tooling systems for applications in the cutting tool sector and where high performance is required.
