HyperCoat-P– the coating ‘construction kit’
HyperCoat-Prepresents a system of individualised coating solutions. It consists of several elements which can be combined to form a customised solution for the business partner. HyperCoat-P coatings are primarily applied when machining safety and consistent processes, minimum adhesion and limited crater wear are required. They are also for difficult clamping situations, tools with large overhang and severely interrupted cuts. HyperCoat-P coatings guarantee reliability and excellent performance.
HyperCoat-P– competence that is more than skin deep
‘Customised’ in this context does not only refer to the HyperCoat-P coatings. CERATIZIT’s competence covers the entire process-chain ranging from the targets for the coating chamber, the cutting material substrates via the coating process to complete tooling systems and highly competent applications advice.
The new HyperCoat-P system starts with two new milling grades: CTP1235 for steel and CTP2235 for stainless steel. And this is only the beginning!
