Our tooling range for engine machining encompasses, among other things, the lightest cutting PCD milling inserts on the market, rough milling cutters for aluminium parts with a maximum cutting depth of 11mm with PCD inserts in the standard range, and carbide drilling and milling tools, optimised for maximum performance. Our carbide grades for iron and steel machining are known worldwide for their process security and extraordinarily long tool life.

We are also glad to support the optimisation of your processes and tooling choices with crankshaft machining, for example with our solid carbide drills for deep-hole-drilling.

Engines

Whether the crankcase, cylinder head, gear box casing, exhaust pipe, bearing caps, or other engine components – our milling systems HPC, HEC, and 273 are ideal for the large-scale production of these kinds of components. For parts made from aluminium, cast iron, and steel, we offer the appropriate inserts made from carbide, PCD, or CBN.
