For the machining of non-ferrous metals and non metals we offer carbide grades that are highly resistant to wear, which impress with extremely long tool life. Thanks to their optimised geometry, our inserts require only minimal cutting force and thus work extremely economically.

High-quality surfaces

Very clean surfaces on the component are brought about by good swarf control. Additionally, the sharp blades make for minimal formation of burrs.

H210T:

The wear-resistant uncoated carbide grade for the machining of aluminium and other non-ferrous metals.

Composition: Co 6%; WC balance

Grain size: 0.8 µm

Hardness: HV30 1850

H216T:

The uncoated carbide grade for the machining of aluminium and other non-ferrous metals.

Composition: Co 6.0%; WC balance

Grain size: 1 μm

Hardness: HV30 1630

AMZ:

The coated carbide grade for aluminium machining.

Composition: Co 6.0%; WC balance

Grain size: 1 μm

Hardness: HV30 1630

Coating specification: PVD, TiAIN

H10T:

The uncoated carbide grade for the machining of aluminium and other non-ferrous metals.

Composition: Co 6%; WC balance

Grain size: 1 μm

Hardness: HV30 1630

Coating specification: PVD, TiAIN

  • Geometry -23P:

    - Particularly intended for the finishing and medium machining of soft aluminium alloys, thin-walled parts and extrusion parts.

    - The optimised chip geometry ensures controlled chip formation and secure swarf control

  • Geometry -25P:

    - Intended for the finishing of cast aluminium parts and for profiling.

    - Especially good swarf control
