The CERATIZIT Group is proud to announce the successful merger between CERATIZIT Mexico, S.A de C.V. and CERATIZIT Queretaro, S. de R.L. de C.V. The entire process to become one legal entity was completed on July 1st
The merger will lead the company to operational enhancements to continuously improve service levels for the customers. The new CERATIZIT Mexico is the new one-stop shop for customers in Mexico. In addition to locally produced tools, customers now have access to one of the largest portfolios in the industry. This means access to more than 100,000 cutting tools for all imaginable requirements, wear protection solutions, rods and preforms – all from one hand and easier than ever before.
Moreover, the merger will also generate relevant synergies, explains Mirko Merlo, President of Americas at the CERATIZIT Group: “We expect the merger to result in greater efficiencies, higher competitiveness, and productivity increase. We will become more flexible, faster, and easy to deal with.”
The legal entity is based in Querétaro, México, and it will continue to operate under the name CERATIZIT Mexico, S.A. de C.V.
CERATIZIT Mexico offers engineering solutions for machinery, along with a broad portfolio of standard and customized solid carbide tools to cover cutting & wear parts segments and PCD first-in-class products, through a strong sales and distribution network, with application within the automotive, aerospace, medical, construction and food industries.
