Who are we and what do we do?

  • Currently 135 people are employed within CERATIZIT USA, Inc.
  • Our US headquarters is in the industrial heartland of Warren, MI with a production site located in Schaumburg, IL. 
  • CERATIZIT has been a pioneer in developing exceptional hard material products for cutting tools and wear protection. CERATIZIT USA develops and manufactures highly specialized carbide cutting tools, inserts and rods. 
  • Metal cutting is present in all facets of manufacturing. We proudly manufacture tools that make landing gears for airplanes, microchips for smartphones, hip replacement parts for humans, and engine blocks for cars and trucks.
